This design branding extension for The Buccaneers reimagines the series through a contemporary lens by creating a champagne label, tasting booklet, and a suite of bold illustrative elements. The aim of the project was to expand upon the show’s existing narrative — celebrating its themes of womanhood, friendship, and rebellion — and translate them into a tangible, sensory brand experience.
By developing a champagne brand inspired by the characters and spirit of The Buccaneers, I sought to capture the elegance and defiance of women who dared to break social conventions within their time. The bold illustration style reflects both the vibrancy and strength of these women, while the accompanying tasting booklet extends the storytelling beyond the screen, inviting audiences to engage with the world of The Buccaneers through design, texture, and tone. Ultimately, this project merges visual identity with narrative emotion — transforming a period drama into an immersive celebration of empowerment and connection.
